All NEW Clients
Has to be done after two weeks to 12 weeks of initial appointment to be valid
Has to be done after 60 to 90 days of initial appointment to be valid
Has to be done 3 months- 18 months from initial appointment to be valid

Cover up a previous service– Prices may vary for any type of previous Permanent Tattoo work and/or Microbadling service.
**Touch ups are only offered to clients that have received an initial Microblading service from Face Room. Please call for details!
Clients are responsible for scheduling ALL TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS!
BOOK THIS WHEN YOU ARE AT YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT.
This is often forgot and will be VITAL to your process for your procedure.
You MUST have a Touch-up following your initial appointment to reach the fullest desired look achievable.

A $100 NON-refundable deposit is taken when you book your procedure to hold your time slot on that specific date. THIS WILL NOT CHARGE YOU, but rather hold a deposit on your account and serve in case there is a cancellation. If there is not a cancellation then you will not be charge the $100 NON-refundable fee.
After you book your appointment you will then be sent a link to pay your deposit.
Rescheduling will require an additional deposit and most likely a considerable wait.
CANCELLATION POLICY- MUST READ
- For all type of appointments you must cancel 24 hours before procedure.
- You MUST DO THIS YOURSELF, online (NOT VIA PHONE CALL, TEXT or EMAIL as we may not receive it right away).
- Your $100 deposit is NON-refundable with no exceptions.
- If you do not cancel your appointment in the 24 hour time frame you will be charge half price of the service you originally booked.
- If you NO-SHOW for your appointment, you will then be charged FULL PRICE of the service you originally booked.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT
- You will chance having to re-schedule.
- You will be charged half price of the service originally booked.
- To re-schedule, a new deposit of $100 NON-refundable fee will be required again.
By Booking with Face Room and moving forward with paying on the booking tab, you are acknowledging that you have read this and all policies we have at Face Room and additionally Style Seat booking system you will be directed to will confirm the same authorization.
